Yes — absolutely. PeakPDFs uses pdf-lib, a JavaScript library that runs entirely inside your browser tab. When you drop a file, it's processed locally on your device. We don't have servers receiving your PDFs. You can even disconnect from Wi-Fi after the page loads and the tools still work.
Free users can process files up to 50 MB — more than enough for most documents. Pro users get up to 500 MB per file. Since all processing is in-browser, the limit is actually your device's RAM, but we enforce these caps to ensure the best experience on all devices.
